• APARTMENTS: Price per apartment per day (for 2 people) with a minimum stay of 3 days.
• B&B: Price per day for 1 person with a minimum stay of 3 days.
• Prices shown attract a tourist tax of €2,50 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day.
• Final cleaning of the apartments: 10,00 - 20,00 €
• Check-in: 2 p.m.
• Ceck-out: 10 a.m.
• Reduction of 30% for kids up to 13,99 years.
• Kids up to 1,99 years of age are free of charge in the low seasons.

This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner. Booking

• Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply:

• The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation policy:
• Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
• We reserve the right to charge for 100 % of the stay in addition to retaining the deposit in cases of no-show, early departure or late arrival.
• Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
